Representing in insolvency proceedings and related cases

We have represented financial institutions and other players in all major recent insolvency proceedings. We lodge claims in insolvency proceedings on behalf of our clients, we represent them in creditor bodies, we negotiate and draft reorganisation schemes, we ensure efficient supervision over the activities of insolvency trustees and we manage and liquidate acquired assets, among other things.

We also represent our clients in cases related to insolvency proceedings, namely in proceedings on respondents’ actions, on the withdrawal of assets from the estate or on protection against ungrounded insolvency petitions. We also provide regular advisory on matters relating to the duty of members of the board of directors to proceed with due managerial care and to file a timely insolvency petition, and also on related matters regarding the compensation of possible damage.

Restructuring of financial indebtedness and entities in difficulties

We have wide experience with providing legal services in the field of informal restructuring both on the side of creditors and debtors. We primarily draft informal financial exposure restructuring schemes together with professional consultants, and we protect our clients from legal risks related to the avoidance of potential bankruptcy.
