Martin Juráň specialises in litigation and insolvency.
He has hands-on experience leading cases involving disputes between companies, both in civil courts and arbitration, as well as restitution claims and cases seeking compensation for damage caused by the State. In the area of insolvency, Martin has been involved in representing a group of creditors in a major investment fraud case and has advised clients in numerous incidental disputes.
Prior to joining HAVEL & PARTNERS, he worked as a student and later as a junior associate at another Prague-based law firm with a general practice.
