Practice Areas

Kateřina Havlínová specialises in corporate tax law, international taxation, and mergers, acquisitions and restructurings.

Within her tax advisory services, Kateřina focuses primarily on tax and accounting advice on restructurings, transformations, acquisitions and liquidations, and provides ongoing tax advice on corporate tax law (with an overlap into accounting issues) and international taxation issues. She has experience, inter alia, in tax due diligence and provides related tax advice on acquisitions of companies (tax aspects of share purchase agreements and providing support to insurance companies in insuring warranties and indemnities, etc.).

Prior to joining HAVEL & PARTNERS Tax s.r.o. in 2022, Kateřina worked, inter alia, for six years in the tax department of Mazars in the Czech Republic and four years at White & Case.
