Monika Čermáková specialises in corporate law, company conversions, the corporate and tax restructuring of business groupings, and the structuring of holding companies. Legal advice on endowment institutions and legal services for private clients form also an important part of her legal practice.

Monika Čermáková joined HAVEL & PARTNERS in 2014 as a junior associate after completing her studies at the Faculty of Law in Prague. Before joining our firm she worked in the legal department of a leading Czech private university where she focused mainly on corporate law and law of non-profit organisations.
