Lukáš Syrový specialises in real estate law, construction law, commercial law and corporate law.

In the area of real estate and construction law, he has extensive experience providing comprehensive legal advice to Czech and foreign investors in connection with acquisitions and the sale of sets of immovables, development of commercial real estate including greenfield projects and revitalisation of built-up areas (brownfields), and also with leasing and the subsequent management of shopping centres, residential, office, industrial and logistic centres.

In the area of commercial and corporate law, Lukáš has been involved in numerous acquisitions (on the part of both sellers and purchasers), and he has also provided clients with legal advisory on commercial contracts (such as contracts for work, sponsorship agreements with sport associations and clubs, agreements on services, and customer-supplier contracts).

Before joining our law firm, Lukáš worked for more than eleven years at the Prague office of Hogan Lovells.
