Martin Fatura specialises in public law, legislation, EU law, subsidy law, and administrative law.
In his previous practice, he has gained experience mainly in working in public administration, especially as part of cooperation with EU institutions, negotiating the European and national legislation or setting up processes for the provision of EU funds from the National Coordination Authority level.
Martin communicates in Czech, English, French and German.
Prior to joining our law firm, he worked for over 10 years in managerial positions in central government authorities. As Director of the EU Department at the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports, Martin was responsible for the preparation and management of the Czech EU Presidency in 2022. Previously, he was responsible for legal coordination of EU funds.
