Kristýna Dubová Helešicová specialises primarily in real estate law in a broader context, as well as in commercial law and family law.
In the area of real estate law, she focuses on development, acquisitions, contracts for work, cooperation agreements, lease agreements, especially for commercial premises, and building proceedings.
Before joining HAVEL & PARTNERS, she worked for several years as an independent attorney-at-law with a focus on general practice, where she focused on real estate and construction law, commercial law, and family law with a focus on divorce, custody and maintenance of minor children, also with a cross-border element. During her career, she has also participated in two international Legal Document Reviews for foreign entities.
