Jiří Moravec specialises in sales and acquisitions of business entities, venture capital, and corporate law. Jiří provides legal services to clients in the areas of technology, IT/IP, and US law. From time to time, he helps with academic work at Charles University. He also provides clients with trademark registration services in the USA.
In the field of sales and acquisitions of companies, Jiří focuses on transactions having technology elements. Jiří also has experience in related tax matters. In M&A, he has been involved in a number of major transactions in the Czech Republic as well as cross-border projects.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2024, Jiří worked for over three years at a boutique law firm specialising primarily in IT/IP.
