Jan Krejčí specialises in acquisitions and divestitures of companies, private equity, venture capital, commercial law (with a focus on contract law), corporate law, legal audits and legal due diligence.
In the area of acquisitions and divestitures, he has been involved in a number of transactions in recent years, both on the sellers' and buyers' side (strategic and financial investors), mainly in the IT, banking, energy, construction, engineering and retail sectors.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2020, Jan worked in the Prague offices of international law firms DLA Piper and Kinstellar, and also worked as legal counsel at the investment fund Arcona Capital.
