The law firm HAVEL & PARTNERS provided comprehensive legal services to Czechoslovak Capital Partners (CSCP) in connection with the acquisition and subsequent sale of a portfolio of five office and residential properties in the historic centre of Hradec Králové.

Legal advice throughout the transaction was provided by the HAVEL & PARTNERS team, comprising managing associates Ondřej Falta and Adam Karban.

The transaction involved five properties with a total leasable area of over 5,300 m². Czechoslovak Capital Partners began the acquisition in June 2023 with the aim of gradually selling the properties in smaller batches over a period of three to four years. The sale of the entire portfolio was successfully completed in August 2026, i.e. within the originally planned time frame.

The total purchase price of the portfolio amounted to CZK 270 million. Both the acquisition and the subsequent sales took the form of transfers of shares in the companies owning the individual properties, i.e. through share deals. The project was carried out by CSCP in collaboration with a major sectoral co-investor.
