Adam Karban specialises in real estate and construction law, and mergers and acquisitions.

In the area of real estate, Adam has been involved in numerous transactions involving both acquisitions and divestitures of companies holding real estate in the Czech Republic, including developable land, department stores, office buildings, and hotels. He has also advised clients in connection with negotiations of leases for commercial industrial facilities, and private persons on acquisitions of flats, houses, or holiday homes.

Before becoming an associate, Adam had worked in our law firm as junior associate from 2014, and as legal assistant before that. He had also worked as junior associate in the real estate team of one of the largest international law firms with offices in Prague.
