Marta Fantová Argalášová specialises in family and restitution law.
In family law, Marta focuses primarily on advising and representing clients in proceedings for the regulation of relationships with minors. Marta advises clients on the custody of minor children, contact between a non-resident parent and a close person and minors, and the maintenance and support for minor and adult children, both at the stage of negotiating out-of-court agreements and as part of representation in court. She also represents clients in the recovery of claims of unwed mothers, alimony of (un)divorced spouses and children, and in other situations related to relationship break-up. In this context, Marta also deals with issues related to the community property of spouses, both in terms of defining its operation and its settlement.
In restitution law, she has experience in representing clients before courts in proceedings for the replacement of the State’s expression of will in the issue of “substitute” land to persons whose ancestors were deprived of their land in the past.
Before joining HAVEL & PARTNERS in 2022, Marta worked for six years in a Prague law firm with general practice, where, besides her main specialisation, she focused on education and inheritance law, cooperation on large-scale criminal cases, as well as civil litigation in all stages of court proceedings.
