Filip Čabart specialises in banking, finance and capital markets.

In banking and finance, he focuses on all types of financing, including syndicated loans, both on the part of creditors and debtors, and on the treatment of debt portfolios and financial transactions related there to. He has recently participated in a number of international as well as domestic transactions, advising leading international and Czech financial institutions and major companies.

In the area of capital markets, he specialises in the legal and regulatory aspects of financial services and collective investments, securities offerings and securities admission to public trading.

Before joining our law firm he worked at Weinhold Legal and Allen & Overy.
