As legal counsel to the lender, the VC team at HAVEL & PARTNERS provided comprehensive legal advice to Orbit Capital in connection with the provision of venture debt financing in the amount of several million euros to Sloneek, a Slovak HR-tech company. The advice included the preparation and negotiation of comprehensive loan documentation, including special instruments typical for venture debt. Sloneek is one of the fastest-growing HR-tech companies in Central Europe, using AI to help companies digitalize and automate their HR agenda.
