Employee participation in supervisory boards of joint stock companies in the Czech Republic will be mandatory from January 2019!An amendment to the Business Corporations Act reintroduces mandatory employee co-determination on Czech joint-stock companies' supervisory boards with over 500 employees, requiring compliance by 14 January 2019.
