Pavla Kaufmannová specialises in employment law and immigration law.

In employment law, Pavla focuses mainly on the issues of creation and termination of employment relationships, setting remuneration of employees, preparation of employment documents, employers’ internal regulations, employment due diligence, employment law aspects of transactions and personal data protection.

In immigration law, Pavla focuses on the acquisition of work and residence permits for staff from countries outside the European Union posted by multinational companies to work in the Czech Republic, obtaining temporary and permanent residence permits for foreign nationals, and other issues related to immigration law.

Prior to starting to work as an associate, Pavla worked as a paralegal and later as a junior associate at our law firm for almost five years.
