Pavel Amler specialises in technology law, general commercial and contractual law as well as administrative law.

As for technology law, he focuses on the legal and regulatory aspects of the provision of services in the areas of software and IT services, IT system implementation, cybersecurity as well as digitalisation and e-Government in particular. He also specialises in advisory in the area of telecommunications, legal regulation of innovative technologies, and new areas of law.

As for digitalisation, he focuses particularly on the introduction of electronic juridical acts (paperless) in public and private organisations.

Pavel is a co-author of the commentary on the Right to Digital Services Act (2021).

Before joining our law firm in 2018, he worked in public administration (the Czech Telecommunications Office), in-house (corporate) legal advisory, and smaller law firms where he handled mainly e-commerce and contractual law.
