Kateřina Kabátová specialises in corporate law, corporate transformations, corporate and tax restructuring of business groups, and regulation of shareholder relationships.

She also provides legal advisory to private clients, including comprehensive solutions for intergenerational capital transfers, creation of Family Office structures for wealth management, and related setups of holding arrangements and fund structures.

She started working with our law firm in 2015 when she was a student at the Faculty of Law at Charles University. During her studies she also participated in the Erasmus+ programme at Radboud University Nijmegen.
