Dáša Krupová specialises in real estate and construction law, public administration, legislation, environmental law, and contract law.
She advises and represents clients primarily in construction proceedings, administrative offence proceedings, inspection proceedings, and administrative court proceedings. In the areas of public administration and administrative law, Dáša has prepared numerous legal opinions and analyses for major clients from both the public and private sectors. In the real estate and construction sectors, she has extensive experience providing comprehensive legal advice on the development of logistics, commercial, and residential projects, as well as on real estate acquisitions and disposals, property management and lease, including the preparation of legal due diligence reports. In the field of construction law, Dáša is actively involved in publishing and lecturing activities.
Before joining our law firm in 2016, she worked at leading international and Czech law firms.
