Tomáš Pavlica specialises in providing services in the field of patent law to both Czech and foreign clients. He primarily focuses on the issue of protection of Czech clients’ inventions and assists them in finding the optimal strategy for protecting their inventions abroad. As a patent attorney and European patent attorney, Tomáš represents clients not only before the Industrial Property Office in Prague, but also before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). He is also authorised to represent clients before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). 

During his practice he cooperated with a number of Czech and foreign inventors in obtaining protection for their inventions in the Czech Republic. Tomáš has provided comprehensive patent attorney services to a number of major Czech companies in obtaining protection for their inventions, including drafting applications for inventions and utility models, and representing them before the Industrial Property Office and the European Patent Office. He also provided them consultations and recommendations on strategies for protection abroad, both within and outside the EU. 

Prior to joining our law firm, Tomáš worked in two renowned law and patent firms in Prague, in the last one also as a partner.
