Tomáš Daněk specialises primarily in civil procedural law, including enforcement and insolvency law. In the field of substantive law, he focuses on bill of exchange law, civil law, and commercial law.
In the field of litigation, Tomáš primarily handles debt management and recovery for leading banks, non-banking entities, and major companies in the Czech Republic. Additionally, he represents clients before public authorities, especially in court proceedings before the Czech courts.
Tomáš has been cooperating with HAVEL & PARTNERS since his studies at Masaryk University in Brno. Starting in 2020, he worked as a student, and after graduating, as a junior associate. After passing the bar exam, Tomáš has been working with our firm as an associate.
