Terezie Koenigová specialises in real estate and construction law, and administrative law.
During her existing practice, she has advised on real estate sales and acquisitions, implementation and operation of residential and commercial projects and their lease, and preparation of legal due diligence.
In the area of administrative law, Terezie focuses primarily on construction law and administrative proceedings related to the implementation of various development projects and the revitalization of existing projects. She has prepared numerous submissions for administrative and judicial proceedings, as well as opinions and analyses in the private and public sectors for the proper functioning of clients’ projects.
Prior to joining our firm in 2021, Terezie worked as a legal assistant and then as a junior associate at leading Czech and international law firms.
