Richard Vlček specialises primarily in mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law.
In the field of mergers and acquisitions, he provides comprehensive legal advice on acquisitions and divestitures of companies across a broad range of sectors. Richard guides clients through every stage of the transaction process, from initial structuring of the transaction and conducting legal due diligence to negotiating transaction documentation.
In the field of corporate law, he is particularly involved in the preparation of general meetings and resolutions of statutory and supervisory bodies.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2026, Richard worked at one of Central Europe’s leading law firms, where he had been practising since 2018 and focused primarily on commercial and contract law.
