Milan Kadlc specialises in transaction advisory services, corporate law, and real estate law. He provides legal services in Czech, English and German.

In the field of corporate law, he is primarily involved in the preparation of general meetings and resolutions of executive and supervisory bodies. In transactional practice, he has experience in preparing and executing transfers of business interests and shares, carrying out legal due diligence, and preparing transaction documentation. In real estate law, he provides advice on acquisitions and sales of property, the drafting and review of lease agreements, and on legal issues relating to property development projects.

Before joining our law firm in 2023, he spent several years working at a renowned law firm based in Brno.
