Martin Peckl focuses on mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, business law and company law. 

He has been involved in a number of acquisition transactions, both on the side of the buyers and the sellers, including transactions in the field of residential social services, office buildings and in real estate development and the energy, construction, engineering and automotive industries.

Martin provides legal services in German (his mother tongue), English and Czech. He provides comprehensive services e.g., in strategic investment implementation, establishment and management of joint ventures, supplies of investment units and project financing.

Prior to joining our firm in 2021, Martin worked for the major international law firm Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer and since 2002 for its successor Czech law firm Vejmelka & Wünsch, where he became a partner in 2008. In this position, as a leading member of the team, he participated in, e.g., the electronic toll system project in the Czech Republic and comprehensive legal advisory for the former largest independent Swiss refinery, when it came to its business activities in the Czech Republic.
