Martin Mužík specialises in the public sector, with a particular focus on public procurement.
His expertise encompasses advising on public procurement processes, managing procurement procedures, contract law, administrative proceedings related to public procurement before the Office for the Protection of Competition, and proceedings before administrative courts. He also provides comprehensive services related to public procurement to both contracting authorities and suppliers.
Martin’s academic journey includes a six-month study program at the University of Victoria in Canada, a year-long study in Houston, Texas, USA, and a short-term Erasmus+ program in Georgia.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2021, he worked several years at a Czech law firm, where he dealt with matters from the areas of criminal law, civil law, commercial law, employment law, and public procurement.
