Marcela Kaštylová specialises in corporate law, corporate transformations, corporate and tax restructuring of business groups, and the regulation of shareholder relations.
She also provides legal advice to private clients of our law firm, including comprehensive solutions for intergenerational capital transfer.
Marcela joined our law firm during her studies at the Faculty of Law at Charles University in 2012. After completing her studies, she joined our Corporate & Private Clients team as a junior associate and, since 2025, has been in the position of an associate.
