Kristýna Dvořáková specialises primarily in public procurement law, administrative law, and contract matters. She provides legal advice in connection with the preparation and conduct of tender procedures, including the drafting of tender and contract documentation. She also represents clients in proceedings before the Office for the Protection of Competition and administrative courts, and participates in preparing legal analyses and opinions.
In the field of public procurement law, she has been involved in the implementation of major projects relating to supplies, services and construction works, both in the preparation of tender and contract documentation and in the administration of tender procedures.
Before joining our law firm, she worked for several years at a Czech law firm specialising in public investment, where she focused primarily on public procurement law, concessions, state aid and European Union funds.
