Klára Semrádová specialises in the public sector and healthcare.
During her existing career, she has provided legal support in the area of public procurement and concessions to major contracting authorities in the healthcare and construction sectors. Klára has experience in applying the BIM method in public procurement procedures for design services, as well as in using electronic catalogues and auctions. While serving as head of the public procurement department at a large university hospital, she was involved in projects focused on multi-criteria evaluation methods, including the evaluation of subjective criteria. Klára also has experience representing contracting authorities in objection procedures and in review procedures before the Office for the Protection of Competition (ÚOHS).
She serves as the head of the healthcare working group within the Czech Association for Public Procurement and is a co-author of the Public Procurement Handbook for Beginners and Politicians.
