Klára Pelclová specialises in the public sector, in particular in the law of public procurement and concessions. She also focuses on contract law, compliance and corporate criminal liability.
In the public sector, Klára specialises in providing comprehensive legal advice on public procurement and concessions (both on the part of contracting authorities and suppliers), participation of suppliers in these procedures or preparation of expert opinions and analyses in the context of the given issue, as well as representation of contracting authorities and suppliers in administrative proceedings before the Office for the Protection of Competition.
In criminal law, Klára has dealt mainly with corporate criminal liability matters, including defence in criminal proceedings related to public procurement and tax crimes. She also provided legal advice in connection with claims for compensation for damage and non-pecuniary loss for unlawful prosecution or the implementation of a compliance programme.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2024, Klára worked in other law firms in Prague, where she dealt with public procurement and criminal law matters with a focus on corporate criminal liability.
