Kateřina Hendrichová specialises primarily in corporate law, inheritance law, and advisory services relating to the management, protection and intergenerational transfer of assets.
After graduating from the Faculty of Law at Charles University, she began her career in the legal profession, where, as part of a general practice, she mainly focused on family law, corporate law and related contractual matters. Her practice also included representing clients in court proceedings and handling criminal law matters.
Before joining HAVEL & PARTNERS, she worked for several years at a notary’s office as a notarial candidate and deputy notary. Her work at the notary’s office gave her professional experience spanning both commercial and family law, and has significantly shaped her current area of specialisation.
