Kamila Kulhánková specialises in public sector law, in particular public procurement, concession procedures and advice concerning projects co-financed from the EU operational programmes.

She focuses on comprehensive legal advice on public procurement and concessions (for both contracting entities and suppliers) including the preparation and organisation of award/concession procedures, participation of suppliers in these procedures or the preparation of analyses relating to these issues.

In the area of EU operational programmes Kamila advises to fund grantors in connection with the review of public contracts co-financed from EU operational programmes and to recipients in connection with public contracts co-financed from the EU operational programmes. Furthermore, she focuses on the preparation of expert opinions assessing the fulfilment of criteria for the co-financing of projects from the EU operational programmes.
