Josef Kulhánek specialises in dispute resolution in civil litigation and arbitration, including the enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards in the Czech Republic and abroad. His practice focuses primarily on damages claims, disputes arising from commercial contracts, and healthcare-related disputes. He also has experience in energy law and in proceedings before the Czech Energy Regulatory Office.
During his legal career, Josef has been involved in representing prominent Czech and international clients, including private individuals as well as public institutions. He has experience representing clients in cross-border disputes and other matters involving international aspects.
Josef joined our law firm in 2021 while still studying at the Faculty of Law of Palacký University Olomouc. Prior to that, he completed professional internships at several Czech courts.
