Jana Melezínková specialises in corporate law, family law, and providing legal advisory to private clients.
During her practice to date, she has been involved in providing legal services in the field of family law, in particular matrimonial property law, regulation of relations to minor children, including custody, personal contact, the amount of maintenance and important issues concerning the child that fall under parental responsibility, as well as in the field of corporate law.
After graduating from faculty of law, Jana worked as a junior associate at a Prague-based law firm, where she dedicated to general civil law practice with a focus on family law and corporate law. After passing the bar exam, she joined HAVEL & PARTNERS as an associate in 2024.
