Jan Fikar specialises in real estate and construction law, public administration, administrative law, administrative proceedings and administrative judicial proceedings.

In the area of real estate and construction law, Jan has provided comprehensive advice on the construction, operation and lease of office buildings, logistic facilities and shopping centres. He has also advised Czech and foreign investors on their investments in the Czech Republic, including the drafting of related contractual and transactional documentation.

In the area of public administration and administrative law, Jan has drafted numerous legal opinions and analysis for clients from both the public and private sector. In the area of administrative law he also advises clients in connection with various construction projects, including green-field and brown-field investments.

Prior to becoming an associate, Jan worked at our law firm as a junior associate from 2012, and before that as a paralegal.
