Jan Bartko specialises primarily in contract law, corporate law, litigation and arbitration, and private clients.
Before joining our firm in 2026, he first practised general law at the law firm of JUDr. Viktor Chytka in Brno, and then he worked at the law firm ŠRÁMEK LEGAL, where he gained extensive experience in providing legal services in the fields of public law, particularly administrative, tax and customs law.
Thanks to his extensive expertise across various practice areas, he is able to take a comprehensive view of cases, taking all the relevant circumstances into account. In providing legal services he places emphasis on professionalism, objective communication, and the ability to find practical and comprehensible solutions reflecting not only the legal aspects of a case, but also the client’s business and personal context.
