With an in-depth understanding of both Czech and EU legal frameworks, she assists clients across retail, e-commerce, food, cosmetics, and hallmark goods in navigating intricate regulatory requirements and setting their commercial practices in compliance with law.
Her experience spans the legal aspects of development, labelling, and market entry of FMCG products. Diana regularly assesses packaging and marketing campaigns for legal compliance, advises on cross-border trade issues, and represents clients in administrative proceedings. She is also involved in comprehensive projects related to the import and distribution of goods.
Diana offers strategic guidance on product liability issues, drafts rules for consumer competitions, and advises clients on advertising matters.
