Diana Gregová specialises in e-commerce law, consumer protection, contract law, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance. Her expertise is particularly focused on the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector, with a strong emphasis on the food sector. With an in-depth understanding of both Czech and EU legal frameworks, she assists clients across retail, e-commerce, food, cosmetics, and hallmark goods in navigating intricate regulatory requirements and setting their commercial practices in compliance with law.

Her experience spans the legal aspects of development, labelling, and market entry of FMCG products. Diana regularly assesses packaging and marketing campaigns for legal compliance, advises on cross-border trade issues, and represents clients in administrative proceedings. She is also involved in comprehensive projects related to the import and distribution of goods.

Diana offers strategic guidance on product liability issues, drafts rules for consumer competitions, and advises clients on advertising matters. In her role as a whistleblower officer, she reviews reports received by clients and, after conducting investigations, provides legal support for subsequent actions. Diana has been working at our law firm continuously since her university studies.

  • advising global and local clients on e-commerce and compliance with Czech and EU consumer protection regulations, with a particular focus on the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) segment

  • drafting, reviewing and commenting on contractual documentation, internal regulations and other legal documents (e.g. general business terms and complaints procedures) for multinational retail chains and manufacturers in the cosmetics, electronics and food sectors, with a focus on optimising contractual B2C and B2B relationships
  • comprehensive legal support in the design and organisation of consumer competitions, promotional campaigns and loyalty programmes for manufacturers and distributors of FMCG products, including food; ensuring compliance with legal requirements for labelling and marketing claims
  • assessing the compliance of packaging, advertising messages and commercial practices with regulatory requirements
  • acting as a whistleblower officer for both local and international retail clients
