Barbora Břežná specializes in corporate law. She focuses on corporate disputes, relationships within groups and holding structures, and transactional aspects of corporate law.
In her practice, Barbora has participated in many projects involving disputes between shareholders and companies as well as setting up internal processes for companies and advising on changes to their structure. She provides clients with legal services in the areas of company formation, changes in corporate bodies, drafting contracts, and resolving disputes between shareholders. She also has experience in providing comprehensive advisory on the organization of complex general meetings of companies and other legal entities.
Before joining our law firm in the autumn of 2022, she spent several years working in law firms specializing in commercial and contract law. In addition to her practice as an attorney-at-law, she also occasionally teaches courses related to commercial law at a faculty of law.
