Anežka Selingerová specialises in public sector law, with a particular focus on public procurement, public administration, administrative law, and administrative judiciary. She has extensive experience in administering design competitions, applying the Best Value Approach evaluation method, and other multicriteria evaluation methods, including the use of subjective evaluation criteria. Anežka has been involved in introducing dynamic purchasing systems and in projects for sectoral contracting authorities. She also represents clients before the Office for the Protection of Competition, as well as in other administrative proceedings and litigation before administrative courts.
In the field of public procurement and concessions, Anežka also advices to suppliers in tender procedures. Anežka also provides consulting services in the area oftransport services under the Act on Public Passenger Transport Services and the related EU Regulation on passenger transport.
She regularly lectures and publishes on public procurement topics.
