Alžběta Pospíšilová specialises in pharmaceutical and health law, personal data protection, and advertising regulation.

She advises clients on medicinal products, medical devices and healthcare services, in particular in connection with the marketing of products, regulatory compliance, price and reimbursement regulation, and commercial relations.

Prior to joining our firm in 2023, Alžběta provided legal advice on multiple areas of law at a Czech law firm specialising in pharmaceutical law.
