Adam Špaček specialises in public sector law, with a particular emphasis on public procurement law.
In the field of public procurement, he advises on the award of public contracts, the administration of procurement procedures, contract law, administrative proceedings concerning public procurement before the Office for the Protection of Competition, proceedings before the administrative courts, and other public procurement-related matters, acting for both contracting authorities and suppliers.
Before joining our law firm in 2026, Adam worked as a judicial assistant in the administrative law division of the Regional Court in Brno.
