Matěj Kučera specialises primarily in corporate and contract law, providing comprehensive legal advisory services to private clients, with additional expertise in real estate and capital markets law.
In the field of commercial and corporate law, he has experience advising on asset transfers, company formations, managing related corporate matters, preparing contractual documentation, and resolving disputes arising from these relationships.
As part of his capital markets practice, Matěj has been involved in preparing documentation for projects under the Investment Companies and Investment Funds Act and the Capital Market Undertakings Act, including the establishment of investment companies and the preparation of bond prospectuses.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2026, he worked at Fráňa a partneři, formerly Hartmann, Jelínek, Fráňa a partneři, where, from 2022, he focused primarily on corporate matters and private client advisory work, as well as financing, real estate, contract law and capital markets law.
