Zuzana Malová’s main focus is on intellectual property law, specifically patents in organic and inorganic chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical and related fields. She also specialises in supplementary protection certificates for pharmaceuticals and plant protection products.
She is a graduate of Charles University, Faculty of Science, majoring in Inorganic Chemistry and Biochemistry. In 2023, she completed a specialisation study at the Czech Industrial Property Office’s Institute of Industrial Law Education and subsequently became a patent attorney.
Prior to joining our firm in 2025, she worked for a specialised patent office from 2021, first as patent attorney trainee and then as patent attorney.
