Practice Areas

Vladek Krámek focuses on advice to private clients, the structuring of private property protection, company law and also finance and capital markets law, including financial product regulations.

When advising private clients, Vladek focuses on the structuring of the possession and protection of private property, the building of private holdings including trusts or qualified investor funds. He also deals with capital transfers between generations including family office governance (drafting a family constitution, managing private holdings, and advising on trust administration, including tax aspects underlying the private structures).

In terms of finances and capital markets, Vladek focuses primarily on legal and regulatory aspects of qualified investor funds, the capital markets, regulation of the distribution on capital markets and the possible use of financial tools in corporate structures.

Prior to joining our law office in 2019, Vladek worked for 11 years in Fincentrum, a leading financial advisory company, being a member of the board of directors and holding the position of legal and compliance department manager during the last six years. He also took part in the sale of the group to private equity investors in 2013, and subsequently to the Swiss Life Group, an institutional investor, in 2018. Moreover, he was a member of bodies of professional financial advisory associations, e.g. a member of the board of directors of ČASF or a member of the advisory committee of FECIF, a European association.
