Romana Kanásová specialises primarily in litigation, with a special focus on debt management and recovery.
In litigation, she primarily handles debt management matters for leading banks and non-banking entities in the Czech Republic. Additionally, Romana represents clients before public authorities, especially in court proceedings before the Czech courts.
She has been cooperating with HAVEL & PARTNERS since her studies at Palacký University in Olomouc. Starting in 2020, Romana worked as a student, and after graduating, as a junior associate. After passing the bar exam, she has been working with our firm as an associate.
