Prior to joining our law firm, Pavlína worked in a Czech law firm where she dealt mainly with litigation, contract law, personality protection and GDPR. Afterwards, she worked as an in-house lawyer at Česká spořitelna, a.s., providing general legal support in the context of concerns with an emphasis on contract law, commercial law, corporate governance, intellectual property law, information technology law, and GDPR.
Pavlína has published articles in Czech legal journals dealing mainly with commercial law matters.
