Paulína Šlauková specialises in corporate law and private clients, public procurement and the public sector, as well as employment law.
In the field of corporate law, she provides legal advice on the incorporation of companies, structuring internal corporate relationships, implementing various corporate changes, and company liquidations.
In the field of public procurement, Paulína advises clients both on the side of contracting authorities and contracting entities and on the side of tenderers and candidates.
Her employment law practice includes day-to-day advisory services tailored to employers’ everyday needs. She focuses on preparing employment documentation, internal regulations, employment law due diligence, and whistleblowing compliance.
Before joining our law firm in 2025, Paulína worked for over a year at the Public Procurement Office. Prior to that, she was a junior associate at the Bratislava office of a prominent international law firm.
