Ondřej Mocek Kaufmann specialises in dispute resolution in civil, insolvency and arbitration proceedings, including the subsequent enforcement of judgments in the Czech Republic and abroad. He focuses mainly on civil, commercial, EU and international private law. Ondřej has extensive experience in representing clients in complex disputes with international overlap and international elements. He is involved in resolving (not only) commercial disputes worth billions of Czech crowns.
Ondřej also advises private clients, assisting them with the protection and management of their personal and family assets or with intergenerational transfer of such assets. He also represents clients in complex and comprehensive disputes in the field of family and inheritance law.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2019, Ondřej worked at several Czech law firms and at the International Civil Department of the Czech Justice Ministry.
