Michal Klíč specialises in the public sector, particularly in public procurement.
In connection with public procurement, he provides advisory services on awarding public contracts, administering procurement procedures, contract law, administrative proceedings in public procurement matters before the Office for the Protection of Competition, proceedings before administrative courts, and other activities related to public procurement, both from the perspective of contracting authorities and suppliers.
Prior to joining our law firm in 2021, Michal worked at a Czech law firm, where he specialised in public procurement law.
