Kateřina Fričová specialises in family law and inheritance law.
In family law, she focuses primarily on the arrangements for minor children, divorce proceedings, and matrimonial property law, both in court and through out-of-court negotiations or legal advisory.
In inheritance law, Kateřina assists clients in preventive measures, such as establishing inheritance succession structures and managing estates, as well as providing legal advice and representation in probate proceedings and related disputes.
Before serving as an associate at our law firm, she was a member of the family law team at HAVEL & PARTNERS as a student, legal assistant, and later as a junior associate. During her junior associate practice, Kateřina also joined the inheritance law team at HAVEL & PARTNERS, gaining extensive experience in this practice area. In addition to court proceedings related to family and inheritance law matters, she also has experience in litigation matters in civil law and sports law.
